With over 20 years professional experience, Jo is recognised as an industry leader in open space planning, offering her clients a wealth of experience in a range of professional environments.

Jo excels where cultural, community and ecological challenges require resolution to achieve a balanced outcome with exemplary open space design results. Jo has advanced skills in designing meaningful consultation that underpin the decision making and design development process, applied from broader strategic open space strategies through to creative and innovative open space designs. Jo leads multi-disciplinary specialist teams on a diverse range of significant public projects, providing high level expert strategic planning and design advice to her clients.

As joint Principal and Director of TBLD, Glenn offers professional experience in diverse landscape architecture fields including master-planning, environ-mental site design, tourism planning, waterway and site planning, bespoke landscape infrastructure and project management. Glenn administers major strategic, recreation, masterplan and infra-structure projects for a range of municipal, regional and federal authorities, from inception to construction. Glenn has over 20 years of professional experience in the planning, design and delivery of projects in complex and challenging environments.

Glenn applies his expertise in functional analysis, knowledge of environmental values, and stakeholder consultation to masterplanning challenging sites, resulting in highly resolved, creative and achievable outcomes. Glenn excels in creative and innovative conceptual designs for challenging natural and built environments, leading in-house teams of landscape architects, engineers and specialists. Glenn leads multi-disciplinary teams on major public and private projects, with a passion for resolving sites with high environmental, recreational and cultural values.

As an Associate at TBLD, Andrew joined the team in 2007 after working in landscape practices in Europe, since graduating in 2002. Andrew has a genuine enthusiasm for and interest in design excellence and undertaking planning for sites of environmental, community and cultural importance. Andrew is responsible for client liaison, design development and management of a broad range of planning and design projects. Andrew provides excellent communication and contract administration support to our clients, and oversees in-house TBLD planning, design, graphic and documentation outputs.

Andrew has excellent skills in site assessment, site management planning, conceptual design, ecological planning and construction documentation. Andrew provides expert assistance to the Principals with project management of diverse major projects including assistance with coordination of multi-disciplinary teams, client liaison and administration of all phases of the projects from concept through to contract administration. Andrew has extensive professional skills in the development, delivery and management of waterway, heritage and environmental projects.
